Like in Real Estate our fiduciary relationship is to the seller. You
do not need to pay for appraisal or upfront fees. We get our
15% commission only when you get your proceeds at the close of
escrow. We use

1. What
type of domain name that 2e.net accepts for a
listing?
Answer: Other than domains owned, 2e.net will accept
in general domain names that a value in excess of
$20,000 or more . In many case we will go through
hundreds of domain names before we find one that
will fall in what we expect to be a top-notch domain
name that many startup companies and establishments
would like to own for immediate development or to
keep in their portfolio as an investment or future
use.
2. What type of domain names that will be accepted?
Answer: Criteria for Premium Domains: The .com TLD,
one English dictionary words, (adjectives, nouns, or
verbs); pure numbers not to exceed 4 digits, with
emphasis on meaningful ones, 3 characters or less
and meaningful two generic word combinations.
3. How does 2e.net differ from other aftermarket
websites?
Answer: 2e.net is owned and operated by California
Licensed Real Estate Investment brokers for the past
25 years. Their experience in Real Estate will be
instrumental in selling the domain names.
4. How will the transaction be handled?
Answer: Those who are interested in selling their
domain name (s) must do and be aware of the
following:
a. Send us an email with their desire that we
publish their domain name for sale on our website.
b. The email must originate from the Registrant
email address on the whois record.
c. The email must include the asking price for the
domain name.
d. The asking price would be up to the seller to
provide. There is no limitation on what the seller
provides for the asking price. We only request that
the owner state that he is interested in the sale of
his domain name.
e. Each domain name will indicate the asking price
next to it.
f. As in Real Estate, we as brokers have a fiduciary
relationship with the seller not the buyer.
g. All offers will be submitted to the seller.
h. If the buyer is willing to pay the asking price,
he can immediately open escrow at escrow.com, and
inform escrow.com that 2e.net is brokering the
transaction.
i. Escrow will send the escrow instructions to both
buyer and seller with a copy to us as brokers.
j. Our compensation is 15% deducted from the sales
price.
k. If the buyer is represented by a broker, the
commission to the buyer’s broker will be borne by
the buyer, not the seller.
l. Escrow fees shall be split 50/50 between buyer
and seller
m. If the buyer does not complete the purchase he
will be responsible to pay the cancellation fee
charged by the escrow company, which are minimal
nominal fees
n. Seller will not be required to sign any agreement
or listing to sell his domain name.
o. We trust the buyer and seller will have the
business ethics to pay the commission to the broker
(2e.net).
